The spacious barn conversion features a shaker-style kitchen, open plan living and dining area, and bi-folding doors leading to a private brick courtyard with a 12-person dining table and an American 6-8 man hot tub. Upstairs, three stylish king-size bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms await.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Please note that there is a second holiday cottage next door called Geoff's Rest which is a one-bed, luxury coach house flat with its own private hot tub which is available to book through Stay in Suffolk too.
- Please note this property does have a high chair, travel cot and a stair gate.
