Spend summer days out on Lake Anna at this newly renovated waterfront home, where your grassy lawn rolls down to a private dock, a boat house, and a boat slip on the lakeshore. Take out the two provided paddleboards each morning, add the interchangeable seats to make them kayaks for the afternoon, and teach your kids to fish for largemouth bass, crappie, and striper. Here on the public side of Lake Anna, you’ll be wonderfully close to the boat launch at Christopher Run Campground (less than two miles) and several marinas and restaurants. You’re welcome to tie your boat to the dock, which features a slip that’s 10 feet by 26 feet in size. The warmer months are for spending time outdoors, whether you’re barbecuing on the back deck or dining on the screened patio with a big game playing on the 65-inch TV. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
