Nestled in the towering pines of the Deschutes National Forest, You will find a modern cabin retreat within the Tollgate Community. Located one and a half miles west of Sisters, This boasting home offers a welcoming open-concept living and dining room area with beautiful views of the forest.
This modern two-story retreat offers all the comforts of home, including a pellet stove, well equipped kitchen, and a large patio for outdoor entertaining. The home is pet friendly, allowing you to travel with all your favorite travel companions. Step into the cozy living room featuring a comfortable set of sofas and a flat-screen tv with streaming capability. Unwind on the couch with a good book, catch up on your favorite shows, browse the internet, or simply relax after your travels.
The well-appointed kitchen invites you to prepare a quick snack or indulge in a delicious home-cooked meal. The dining room table accommodates up to eight allowing for ample dining space. As night falls, retreat to one of the three bedrooms, where up to six guests can sleep comfortably. Choose from a queen bed in one room, a twin over full bunk bed in another, or a king bed in the primary bedroom.
Venture into the outdoors, and discover all that Sisters and Deschutes National Forest has to offer. In winter, the proximity to Mt. HooDoo (just 20 miles!) offers opportunities for skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, and dog sledding. You are also 47 to Mt Batchelor, one of the highest ranked ski areas in north america.
Come summer, the nearby Metolius River and Downtown Sisters have all the activities you could ask for and more! Do not forget to book your stay for the Sisters Rodeo during June 5th, 6th, and 7th. *Please note, woodpeckers are a native animal in this area and they are most active between the months of March-June.
As part of the Tollgate POA you’ll have access to enjoy outdoor activates such as pickleball, tennis, volleyball, basketball, swimming!
This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don’t reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.
PET FRIENDLY: *There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. *
*Any/all charcoal use and outdoor open flames are prohibited: no fire pits and/or charcoal BBQs are allowed on site.
