Inside, everyone can spread out and get comfortable amongst the home’s expansive rooms, modern fixtures, and comfortable furnishings. The kids will adore the garage’s game room equipped with a foosball table, pool table, air hockey table, and basketball hoops. When hunger arises, the chef of your group will have no issues utilizing the stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space in the full kitchen. And dining will come naturally at the sizable breakfast bar, at the formal dining table, or alfresco on the covered lanai. Invest in yourself when you sink into the bubbling warmth of the primary bedroom’s en suite soaking tub. And throw your vacation garb in the private washer/dryer when it needs to be refreshed. Private TVs in each of the bedrooms, children’s toys, a Pack-N-Play, and central air-conditioning round out the home’s perks. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Property Manager after booking to purchase pool spa heat for your stay. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
