On the ground floor there are 3 double bedrooms of which one is a large Master bedroom that opens up to the garden and overlooks the garden and pool.
There is a spacious living with adjacent dining room that leads onto the fully equipped modern kitchen. From all living areas large sliding doors open up to the wooden terrace that overlooks the garden, pool and beautiful views.
On the first floor there are a further 2 bedrooms, each with their bathroom and balcony. The views from this top floor are even better and a little lounge corner allows for total relaxation soaking in the view and tranquility.
On the lower level of the villa guests will be able to enjoy a large TV room and an office space.
The villa sits on a plot of approximately 2500m2 and offers various comfortable outdoor living spaces, a large pool and surrounding terraces with several sun loungers and umbrellas.
Sonos and fiber optic internet is available at the villa, together with parking for up to 4 cars.
