Jacksonville International Airport is approximately 35 minutes away, and historic St. Augustine is just 30 minutes south. Other things to note: - Pool and spa heating is available for $75 per night. The pool and spa share a single heater and must be switched between heating each. - Please request heating at least 2 days prior to arrival. Discounted rates available for stays over 7 nights. - Must be 25 or older to book - A signed rental agreement and government-issued identification are required prior to finalizing your reservation to comply with local licensing regulations. - Please review sleeping arrangements to ensure they meet your group’s comfort needs. - Pet-friendly! Bring your furry friends ($75 per pet). - To help maintain a safe, quiet environment and prevent unauthorized gatherings, visitors are not permitted at the property; all individuals on-site must be included in the reservation guest count.
