CasaZul is an eight-bedroom beachfront villa located in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods of the Cancún Hotel Zone. Decorated with minimalistic elegance, it offers expansive living spaces, large and comfortable bedrooms, and balconies with striking ocean views. Each room has its own bathroom, all of them spacious and neatly furnished. And in case more space is required, the pool house can be set up as a ninth bedroom to accommodate larger groups.
Cancun sits at the head of the Riviera Maya like a jewel in a crown, a mature, luxe city that has proven itself well beyond its spring breaker reputation. Its zona hotelera balances along a strip of land on the eastern Caribbean shoreline, flanked by a gorgeous golden sand beach and beyond that, turquoise water melting into the sea. Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- - Rates are per night and in USD
- - Rates displayed are for 20 guests
- - Guests above 20 are an additional $100 USD + taxes per person per night (Children 6 to 12 years, additional $75 USD + taxes per child per night)
- - Children 5 and under are free of charge
- - All rates are subject to change without notice
- - Maximum capacity of 25 adults or 20 adults & 10 kids
- - Events accepted for existing bookings (maximum 50 guests) please enquire directly for a quote
- - Event security deposit is $4,000 USD
- -Please note that you may not bring outside staff into the property under any circumstances unless preauthorized by Property Manager
- -A refundable damage deposit of $2,000USD in cash on arrival OR
- A non-refundable insurance fee of $199 USD, payable by credit card prior to arrival is required
