The home boasts gorgeous open-plan living and glorious water views from the first floor. Stroll to the cafe and then 200 meters more and you are on the beach. We have four stunning bedrooms, two styled living spaces and two bathrooms. Located 2.5 kilometres to the motor circuit. Free wifi.
The ground floor comprises of three spacious bedrooms, elegant main bathroom with separate toilet, laundry and second living/entertaining area with smart tv.

Smiths Beach is a beautiful and popular beach located on Phillip Island, Victoria, Australia. It is a popular spot for swimming, surfing, fishing, and walking. The beach is also home to a colony of short-tailed shearwaters. Smiths Beach is a one kilometer long, south-west facing beach with a variety of wave conditions, making it suitable for surfers of all levels. The beach is also popular with swimmers and bodyboarders. The rock pools at each end of the beach are a great place to explore for marine life

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- This home has a no party policy and we request our guests respect that no loud music should be played at any time of the day or night. In the interests of our neighbours, we ask our guests to please move indoors by 11pm. We would hate for any digression from this request to result in your stay being cancelled without refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
- Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones.
- If you have no reviews please don't use instant booking, please message through the age range of your guests and the purpose of your stay. We will come back to you promptly.
