Inside, you’ll find four spacious appointed bedrooms, each featuring plush bedding and linens, flat-screen TVs, and plenty of closet space. The bathrooms are newly remodeled. Guests will have complete access to all areas of the house, and prior to their arrival, we will provide them with comprehensive instructions for accessing the property. We do not tolerate disrespectful behavior; the following are strict rules: -NO late night noise outside. Quiet Hours strictly enforced (10pm to 8am) -NO smoking of any kind (inside & outside) -Noise & smoke is monitored and are strictly enforced. No exceptions. Violation will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. -Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. -Furnishings and amenities are subject to change. -Pool is serviced every Wednesday. -Pool Heat Fee: Pool heating is available for $150/day in summer (June–August) and $250/day in winter (September–May). The target temperature is 80–85°F, though slight fluctuations may occur due to weather conditions. Fees are non-refundable once heating is activated. -Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras. -As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us. Pets allowed case by case basis. Please provide age, breed an size prior to booking. Pet fee will be applied. - Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy.
