Welcome to Cook’s Lookout McCrae! This spectacular triple level home is the ultimate luxury Mornington Peninsula escape high amongst the treetops with stunning 180 degree panoramic views. Beautifully styled by our talented Property Manager team, we can’t wait to welcome our guests to this beauty. The views from almost every room are absolutely breathtaking. There are multiple decking areas to soak up that view, a fire pit and golf putting range, table tennis table and hammocks available for your use, you will never want to leave! It’s the perfect base for family, friends or corporate retreats. There are a number of steps to get up into the property and a very steep driveway. Please take this into account with booking. The view is truly incredible. Walk out on the balcony and take a deep breath, this is the ultimate holiday house to escape to, relax and unwind. We have 5 stunning bedrooms, including 2 masters with ensuites. There are three full bathrooms and one powder room. One large open plan living area to soak up that view plus a small second living room with smart TV. Bedroom 1: King bed with ensuite on its own level so lots of privacy and bay views with reverse cycle air conditioning. Bedroom 2: King bed with ensuite, spa bath and air conditioning with bay views and a private deck. Bedroom 3: Queen bed and reverse cycle air conditioning and rear deck. Bedroom 4: Two single beds plus trundle mattress (sleeping 3) with bay views, air conditioning and private deck. Bedroom 5: Single bunk with single bed and trundle bed (sleeping 4) with reverse cycle air conditioning. Ideal kids room as it opens to a deck with table tennis table. Large open plan living space with fully equipped kitchen with all the mod cons and of course a Nespresso coffee machine. The main living space is air conditioned. We have a purpose built study area with large desk. Second living space downstairs with smart TV. The grounds are on multiple levels with steps taking you to mini golf course and up again to the fire pit with bench seating and lighting (and the view of course). We have parking off street close to the entrance for two cars at the top of driveaway, then half way down the driveway by the gate for another two cars. Please note the driveway is very steep so we recommend taking it slowly when driving in and out. Large laundry with washing machine and dryer. We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them. Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones. Hens parties by application only.
