This spectacular triple level home is the ultimate luxury Mornington Peninsula escape with panoramic views. Beautifully styled by our talented Property Mum team, we can’t wait to welcome our guests to this beauty.
The views from almost every room are absolutely breathtaking.
There are multiple decking areas to soak up that view, a fire pit and golf putting range, table tennis table and hammocks available for your use, you will never want to leave! It’s the perfect base for family, friends or corporate retreats.
The view is truly incredible. Walk out on the balcony and take a deep breath, this is the ultimate holiday house to escape to!
We have 5 stunning bedrooms, including 2 masters with en-suites. There are three full bathrooms and one powder room. One large open plan living area to soak up that view plus a small second living room with smart tv.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- This home has a no party policy and we request our guests respect that no loud music should be played at any time of the day or night. In the interests of our neighbours, we ask our guests to please move indoors by 11pm. We would hate for any digression from this request to result in your stay being cancelled without refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
- Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones.
- If you have no reviews please don't use instant booking, please message through the age range of your guests and the purpose of your stay. We will come back to you promptly.
