Newly built (2020) traditional Cycladic villa within 400m from Pori Beach. Located in an idyllic 4-acre estate, Panors villa provides luxury accommodation with magnificent views to the Aegean Sea and Keros island. The perfect island retreat for families and friends. 6 + 4 adults villa divided into two floors, with all the comfort of a luxury island house. At the upper floor you will find a fully equiped kitchen with all the amenities you might need to prepare your breakfast, lunch and dinner, a large living room with two single bed sofas where you can relax, watch TV or enjoy the stunning view, a bedroom with a kingsize bed and a bathroom. Moving to the lower floor there are two bedrooms with a kingsize bed each, a bathroom and the wine cellar. The wine cellar room is the place where you can enjoy a glass of wine of your taste and relax, while at the same time it can become a nice cozy bedroom with a double sofa bed. Hermes provides a balcony with a dinning table where you can enjoy your lunch along with the breathtaking view of Porì beach and a big sofa bed where you relax and sunbathe. There is also a terrace from where you can stargaze away from any lights. You can walk the whole island within 40 minutes, so there is no need for a private vehicle. Nevertheless, we provide transportation for your group from the Koufonisi port and anywhere you want to go on the island. Chora is the main village of Ano Koufonissi and features all the amenities you may need for a truly Greek vacation (restaurants and traditional taverns, bars, cafe, supermarkets, boutiques). From Pori beach, you can take the taxi boat to the main beaches of Ano Koufonissi and Chora as well as to secluded Kato Koufonissi. Licence number: 1159447
