The ideal retreat for groups of up to ten family members or friends this spacious property is peacefully located within the heart-shaped Istrian peninsula. The house is surrounded by a large garden that enjoys a private pool with a sun terrace, sun loungers and an outdoor shower. There is also an alfresco dining area with a barbecue and a children’s play area
The house is arranged over two floors and consists of two separate apartments rented as one unit. Both properties enjoy open-plan living spaces furnished with comfortable sofas, satellite TV and a dining table. The kitchens are fitted with; a cooker hob, an american style coffee machine, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
