The surrounding area is characterised by pretty, coastal towns, medieval villages, vineyards, olive groves and dense forests. The bohemian town of Rovinj, is a 37-minute drive away and home to the area’s best-preserved Venetian port and showcases Renaissance and Baroque architecture. Alternatively, Novigrad with its laidback vibe is a 22-minute drive from the accommodation. In low season, touristy Poreč (a 20-minute drive) has lots to offer including a sports harbour, Marina Poreč. The Aquapark Istralandia waterpark offers fun for all the family and is a 15-minute drive away. For beach days visitors are spoilt for choice and will find numerous options dotted along the coast, each with its own unique character and within a 15-30-minute drive from the accommodation. A 20-minute drive inland will take visitors to the picturesque Hilltown of Motovun in the heart of the Istrian wine region. Here visitors can explore local wineries, taste Istrian wines and experience the region’s viticulture. The closest international airport is Pula Airport (PUY), a 38-minute drive from the accommodation.
