• A mandatory local tourist tax & fees per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details.
• A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure.
Charming 4-bedroom family villa set in the hills of Vence offering spectaculars views over the rolling contryside in a peaceful setting and a great pool area.
The villa is divided over 2 floors and comprises of a large living room with open fireplace on the ground floor and a large fully equipped kitchen with a direct access to a wonderful covered terrace/outdoor dining area overlooking the garden and views.
On the first floor, there are 3 double bedrooms: The master bedroom with its own bathroom and 2 further bedrooms sharing a family bathroom.
A separate entrance gives access to an apartment with mezzanine, kitchenette and shower room. There is a large double bed and an additional double bed and one single bed. An ideal room for a family or a group of teenagers.
The villa is set in a well maintained flat lawned garden with a beautiful pool area and guests will enjoy the stunning views from all corners of the garden. The pool can be heated on request.
In short, Mas du Baou is a property full of Provencal charm and the ideal hideway on the Cote d’Azur. Nice Airport is 20 minutes, the coast 20-25 minutes and so is Nice.
