It is a popular suburb for families and young professionals, offering a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, close to the beach and all that Melbourne has to offer. Hampton has a long and rich history, dating back to the early 1800s. It was originally a farming area, but in the late 19th century, it became a popular seaside resort for Melburnians. Today, Hampton is a thriving suburb. One of the main attractions of Hampton is its beautiful beach. The beach is patrolled by lifeguards during the summer months, and it is a great place to swim, sunbathe, or go for a walk. There are also a number of playgrounds and picnic areas along the foreshore. Another popular attraction in Hampton is Hampton Street. This bustling street is lined with cafes, restaurants, shops, and boutiques. It is a great place to people-watch and enjoy the atmosphere. Hampton is also home to a number of parks and reserves, including the B.J. Ferdinando Gardens, which offer stunning views of the bay. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- This home has a no party policy and we request our guests respect that no loud music should be played at any time of the day or night. In the interests of our neighbours, we ask our guests to please move indoors by 11pm. We would hate for any digression from this request to result in your stay being cancelled without refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
- Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones.
- If you have no reviews please don't use instant booking, please message through the age range of your guests and the purpose of your stay. We will come back to you promptly.
