If you are unsure about any of the below policies or have any questions we would appreciate it if you send us a message and do not use the instant book function. We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them. Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones. Hens parties by application only. Please message through your plans and we will come back to you promptly. Well behaved pet welcome but not on furniture or beds and all traces of pet need to be cleaned up prior to departure.
