Welcome to Coastal Retreat in Rye! We are so excited to offer this gorgeous resort style home in Rye to our guests. All on one level and styled beautifully throughout. Solar heated pool which is fully fenced. We have five stunning bedrooms and two bathrooms, two living areas, free Wifi and Netflix, heating and cooling throughout. Full linen included. Ample parking. A maximum of 10 adults can stay, 15 guests are allowed when its a mix of adults and children under the age of 16 years. 5 bedrooms and two bathrooms. 2 living areas Undercover alfresco dining Solar heated pool Half acre block so there’s plenty of room for the kids to run 5 minutes to all that is wonderful on the Peninsula, safe bay beaches or surf beaches, golf, Peninsula Hot Springs and local shops. Ducted heating and evaporative cooling throughout Gas fireplace to the main living area. Bedroom one: Master with ensuite, king bed and single bed. Walk in robe. Bedroom two: King Bed Bedroom three: Queen Bed Bedroom four: Queen Bed Bedroom five: Bunk room - two single bunks and two trundle mattresses. Full laundry with washer and dryer Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine Highchair and portacot Bbq and outdoor seating 3 smart tv’s with Netflix and Stan Free wifi for reasonable personnel use, not unlimited 5 mins from Peninsula hot Springs, 5 mins drive to Rye front beach, Rye back beach and local shops. Sorry no pets. Full linen included but BYO beach and pool towels. Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided and included in the price. We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them. Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :) We look forward to welcoming you to our home.
