The house is also close to fabulous vineyards, the award winning Peninsula Hot Springs & the golf courses of the Mornington Peninsula. Wifi, linen included and pets are welcome in our fully fenced & secure yard. Porta cot & high chair available. Bedroom One: Queen bed with room for a porta cot and built in robe. (heating and fan) Bedroom two: Queen bed and single bunk. (heating & fan) Bathroom with separate toilet and shower. Living with large air-conditioner and heater that cools and heats the entire house. A fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, stove & fridge. Porta-cot and highchair always available Table tennis table, fully fenced front and back yard Free secure off street parking for 2 cars. Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided and included in the price. We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them. We do not allow Buck’s / Hen’s parties or end of High School Getaways / Schoolies.
