This property is centrally located on Holmes Beach and only a few minutes walk to the white sandy beaches. Upon entry, you have the living room where you can relax and read a book or watch TV after a long day in the sun. Adjacent to the living room, you have the dining area and full kitchen. The open-concept kitchen is stocked with everything new so you can make a quick snack or full course meal. The primary bedroom has all new furnishings and bedding (king-size bed) and it’s own ensuite while the guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and shares the hallway bathroom. Downstairs in the private back yard, you will have your own covered outdoor seating area, dining table, ping pong table, and flat screen TV. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
