Hike right out the door up to the summit to take in the views, come back home to spread out and relax in the mountain fresh air. Stay home & play in the heated pool. Visit the local attractions minutes away like Storyland & Mt. Washington. Enjoy the Saco right across the street w/ biking trails & river access!
Grill provided on the deck but no outdoor fires permitted. Summer - a/c units for perfect temperature control. In the winter - Ski home to the warm glow of two fireplaces in this private, serene mountain location. Wood is provided during your stay. Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
- - Guest making the reservation must be over 25.
- - No smoking in the house
- - The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- - A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- - NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- - Respect the neighbors
- - NO outside fires are permitted at any time anywhere near our condo.
- - When you finish using the lawn chairs, return them to the deck.
