Welcome to our Attitash Mountainside Townhouse. Ski in/Ski out right from the back porch! Our recently renovated (2022) home is spacious and can comfortably accommodate 10 guests. With 2 living rooms, the kids can spread out downstairs while the parents sit upstairs in front of the gas fireplace and make lifelong memories. In the warmer months, bike or hike right from the house and enjoy the rushing stream right off the back porch. You will have access to the Attitash Mountain Pool as well!

We have cut no corners and had quality in mind from day one when designing our mountainside home.

You will have access to everything and the only space that is shared is the community pool.

We live locally and you can call or text at any time.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House rules

  • Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
  • - Guest making the reservation must be over 25.
  • - No smoking in the house
  • - The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
  • - A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
  • - NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
  • - Respect the neighbors
  • - If a dog is approved, it will not be permitted on the furniture.
  • - NO outside fires are permitted at any time anywhere near our condo.
  • - When you finish using the lawn chairs, return them to the deck.
  • **ALL DOGS MUST BE APPROVED FIRST. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH A PET WITHOUT REACHING OUT FIRST.
