We offer various additional services such as cleaning, transfers, babysitting, chef services, and organizing sightseeing tours, among others. For stays above 28 days, the law does not oblige to any intermediate cleaning, but a monthly clean using our service providers will be mandatory and it will have the same cost as per the announced final cleaning. Stays equal or longer than 28 days, expenses for water, electricity and gas are not included and will be charge to the guests. If pets are allowed, guests will not only be responsible for complying with the existing condominium rules, but also for maintaining the good condition of the property and for any damage caused by the pets during the entire stay (for example, damage to furniture, carpets, clothes; urine or feces odors, scratches or damage to wood and paint, etc.).
