If you prefer minimal contact for check-in/check-out or daily interactions, we are here to accommodate. We offer various additional services, such as cleaning, transfers, babysitting, chef services and organisation of sightseeing tours, among others. For stays above 28 days, the law does not require any intermediate cleaning, but a monthly cleaning using our service providers will be mandatory and will have the same cost as the advertised final cleaning. Stays of 28 days or more, expenses with water, electricity and gas are not included and will be charged to guests. If pets are allowed, guests will not only be responsible for complying with the existing condominium rules, but also for maintaining the property in good condition and for any damage caused by animals throughout their stay (for example, damage to furniture, carpets, clothing; urine or faeces odours, scratches or damage to wood and paint, etc.).This accommodation does not accept groups of young people (up to 25 years).
