Conveniently located close to airport and port, this villa can sleep up to 9 guests in air-conditioned interiors finished with taste and style. Thanks to its large private pool, extensive garden with plenty of furnished areas for outdoor living, stylish interiors, Villa David is set to impress. Inside, Villa David is set over 3 floors. It is spacious, airy, welcoming and air-conditioned (included in the rental rates). The main living area is located on the ground floor. There is a large lounge, full of natural light, together with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for the preparation of meals of any kind. On this floor there is also a welcoming double bedroom and a WC. Stairs lead down to the lower floor with 2 bedrooms (one double, one single), a WC, and a comfortable sitting area. The remaining 2 bedrooms, sharing a family bathroom with bathtub + shower over, are located on the upper floor. They are respectively a double and a bunk-bed room. The villa also offer a useful gym. Extensive terraces provide lovely views. Outside the villa is a true oasis, surrounded by manicured gardens with lawn, shrubs and flowers. There is a large private swimming pool , measuring 10m x 4m (depth 1.5m).Pool Heated with fee 70 euros per day - Must be informed 1 week prior arrival. Sun beds and parasols are provided. For he lovers of al-fresco dining, there is an amazing outdoor shaded dining area with barbecue. Private parking is also available on site. In the house: WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine tumble dryer. Linen change 2 times per week every 3 days, towel change 2 times per week every 3 days, apartment cleaning 2 times per week every 3 days included. Parking space n 3 cars, at the house.
