With exposed beams throughout, this romantic 4 bed duplex retreat offers a family-friendly haven for 7 whatever the season!
Its pretty ski chalet charm and appeal is perfectly complemented by a host of modern day features, enabling guests to easily feel at home. The spacious living area is equipped with cosy sofas and a wall mounted flat screen TV (limited SAT channels) with WIFI access.
The inviting cosiness of the living room leads past an elegant dining area, and through to an adjoining fully-equipped kitchen.
All the desired appliances are provided here, including an oven, cooker hob, coffee machine and dishwasher.
Couples can easily unwind within the tranquillity of the two beautiful double bedrooms of the chalet. Family and friends can easily relax to the spacious single bedroom, whilst a child-friendly fourth bedroom is furnished with also a single bed.
The duplex chalet retreat is further complemented by three modern shower rooms. The residence is also equipped with a heated ski boot storage room.
Outside guests can easily enjoy sunbathing to the sun loungers provided to the garden, or enjoy cooking out in the open to the family BBQ area.
A private parking space also features next to the chalet residence for guest’s use and the amenities and facilities of Livigno are all easily within reach. There are also free public parking spots.
Livigno offers a destination in all seasons, with the Mottolino Bike Park and hiking routes of the Swiss National Park perfect for a spring and summer getaway and the ski slopes, Snow Board Park and winter sports just waiting to be enjoyed in the colder months!
The family-friendly resort is also home to an extensive range of restaurants, cafes, bars, tax-free shops and a wonderful Wellness centre with Spa, swimming pool and gym. The nearby Larix Adventure Park will keep young and old entertained, whilst for serious winter sport fans then the resorts of St Moritz and Bormio are both located within a 50 minute drive of Livigno.
