External Description The villa is located in a panoramic position in the Tuscan countryside, a few km from Trequanda, a lovely Medieval village on the border between Val d’Orcia and Crete Senesi. Surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, the property has a private parking for 5 cars, and a large garden with patio and dining table, ideal setting for alfresco meals. Among the outdoor spaces you will also find a beautiful pool (4.8 x 10.8 m - depth 1.4 m), open from mid-May to early October, and equipped with sunbeds and parasols. Just 100 m away from the villa there is a splendid farmhouse which offer several services (free or with a fee) to guests. The services can be booked at the farmhouse reception and are: - a wine cellar with sales point and wine tasting; - a restaurant with “à la carte” menu, not included in the price; - a tennis court, included in the price, and shared with the guests of the farmhouse; - a spa, not included in the price, and shared with the guests of the farmhouse. The spa consists of: a sauna, a Turkish bath, a footbath and a herbal tea room. Internal Description The villa is spread over a single level, on the 1st floor of the building (accessible from the external stairs in the garden). The property can accommodate up to 14 people, has 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All bedrooms have air conditioning. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. Baby cots are available upon request at an extra cost. Pets are allowed on request at an extra cost. The ground floor of the building remains closed to guests and uninhabited.
