Just take the elevator to the ground floor and you are steps away from the main Ski Lift. Our single level 2 bedroom/2 bath condo (Unit 624) is located on the 6th floor of the Eolus building which is located in the heart of the main plaza - making your vacation as convenient as possible.
The condo has been completely remodeled and features a fully stocked kitchen, wood burning fireplace (firewood provided), TVs in each bedroom along with WIFI, washer/dryer and a deck with slope views. Additionally there is an assigned covered parking space on the 2nd floor of the building and the Eolus Building features 2 hot tubs (year round).

As with all properties in the Eolus building, pets are not allowed per HOA rules.
For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. When booking, just advise if you would like the extra 4% resort fee added.
Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.
