If you require car parking, we will be pleased to offer you instructions on how to access a designated bay in the Terrace Public Car Park for $25 per day.
Please note that as this apartment is very central, light sleepers may find that inner-city noise can disrupt their sleep.
We offer free cleaning of the apartment (valued at $70) during your stay to anyone who books for 7 nights, or longer, at least 28 days in advance.
All bookings require a $250 bond to cover any damage caused to the property. The Security Bond will only be released after a full inspection of the property upon checkout. This is to confirm there has been no damage to the property, no missing items, and no excessive cleaning is required.
To help keep our prices as low as possible, we make up the beds according to the number of guests booked.
1-2 guests > 1 king bed
3-4 guests > 1 king bed + 1 double bed
5-6 guests > 1 king bed + 1 double bed + trundle bed set up in the living room
If you require extra bedding, there is a small fee to cover the cost of linen ($10).
