Spacious and cozy apartment, a short walk from the promenade and the Petruzzelli Theater.
The apartment is on the third floor of a residential building with an elevator, located close to the city’s historic center. The entrance opens onto a hallway that leads to the different rooms of the house. The living area consists of a very spacious living room, furnished with a dining table, two sofas, one of which can be converted into a double bed, and a TV. The space is lit by natural light thanks to the two French-doors in the room. Next to it is the kitchen where there is an additional dining table and all modern amenities including an oven, a dishwasher, and a kettle. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, both with queen-size beds. Two bathrooms with showers complete the layout

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
