Elegant and bright apartment with balcony, just a few minutes from the Politeama theater and Via della Libertà.
The apartment, on the second floor of an Art Nouveau building with elevator, opens onto the living area, furnished with sofa, armchairs, television, dining table and a modern fully-equipped kitchen with island. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms with queen-size beds, closets and balconies.
