Kea, also known as Jia is one of the closest islands to Athens. From the port of Lavrio is just one hour by boat, with 3 to 4 ships a day to and from the island. There are few hotels on the island, so that the private villas are rented during the summer months, and most of them are built of local stone, giving the island its unique style. The villa is located on the northeast side of the island, at a distance of 12 km -15 to 20 minutes- from the port of Kea (Korissia) and 6 km from Ioulida (Chora). The villa is located on a plot of 4,200 sq.m. with a large swimming pool (dimensions: 12 meters X 6 meters) and a beautiful green garden with trees, plants and flowers. The villa is developed on two levels: The ground floor has a living room with energy fireplace, this room leads directly outside to the pool area. On the ground floor there is also a large, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. On the 1st floor there is a second bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.
