From its elevated position, the property has endless sea views over the Aegean Sea with the Cycladic islands of Tinos, Syros, Mykonos and Kythnos spread out below. The villa is on three levels. On the main level is a spacious living room with elegant dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The dcor is modern, tasteful and minimal in style. A guest WC is located on this level. Two large glass doors open onto a large terrace with outdoor dining area and stunning sea views.
Three bedrooms are on the upper level: The first bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. Doors lead to a wonderful terrace with views over the garden . The 2nd bedroom is also a double bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom and lovely views.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
