Pool usage fee is included in reservation fees and is required. Please note, these homes have 2 adjoining interior doors for added convenience when renting both villas together (Arcadia #68 and #69). These are located off the kitchen and upstairs family room. They operate identical to a hotel style adjoining door system and feature a deadlock on each side for privacy and security when renting the unit individually.
