Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Available: need a little extra time? We’re happy to offer early check-in and late check-out options, subject to availability. These upgrades may include a small additional fee. If you’re interested, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot if driving is something you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7. ★ SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED ★ We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit. You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $29 up to $69, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed. If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage. Please note: The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by house rule violations. ★ GUEST VERIFICATION REQUIRED ★ To help ensure a safe and seamless experience for all guests, guest verification is required prior to confirming your reservation. This simple step is part of our commitment to providing a secure, smooth, and personalized stay for every guest. ★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★ Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a comfortable stay for you and your four-legged companions. ★ NO STREET PARKING ★ No street parking allowed due to City Parking Regulations. The maximum cars allowed are 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway. ★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★ We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking. ★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 6+ GUESTS ★ Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied. ★ FIREPLACE NOTE ★ Our fireplace is not active now. Please refrain from any use of it. We are in the process of fixing it. ★ ENTERTAINMENT★ All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Guests are welcome to login with personal accounts. ★ SHORT TERM RENTAL PERMIT ★ The Short Term Rental Permit Number for this house is 24-005828 issued by the City of Rowlett. ★ CINEMA ROOM ★ Please note that our cinema room perfectly functions as a bedroom, equipped it with a plush, queen-size sofa bed. And for those multitaskers, you can now sleep and have your movie too! ★ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING ★ Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data.
