A damage waiver or safety deposit is required. If you purchased Damage Protection Insurance from a third-party provider, you may provide a copy of the policy, and we will consider waiving this requirement. If you are traveling with pets, a pet fee will apply to help maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests. Once the reservation is confirmed, a damage deposit will be required, which will be refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage occurs and all house rules are followed. Alternatively, guests can choose to pay a non-refundable one-time fee that covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear, with no deductible. Please note: this option does not cover damages resulting from house rule violations. ★ SHORT TERM RENTAL PERMIT ★ The Short-Term Rental Permit Number for this house is SFRENT - 0325 - 2292 issued by the City of North Richland Hills. ★ FIREPLACE NOTE ★ Our fireplace is wood burning. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data.
