BATHROOMS There are 7 ensuite bathrooms and 1 common bathroom - on the ground floor. Each bathroom is equipped with a geyser, towels, a hair dryer, and basic toiletries for the guests’ convenience. LIVING ROOM This sprawling lounge is gracefully divided into 2 sections - one a vibrant living expanse, the other a cocoon of entertainment housing the TV room. Enhancing the experience, this room provides modern amenities: TV, AC, seamless Wi-Fi, and a wired music system. Opening up to the pool, this space features a sofa-style seating enclave, generously hosting a gathering of up to 18. DINING AREA A facet of the living space, this dining area graciously accommodates up to 10 people, fostering convivial feasts and cherished moments. KITCHEN Guests can access the common kitchen only for reheating purposes. The kitchen is equipped with an induction plate, crockery and cutlery. Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. POOL A mesmerising highlight, the L-shaped outdoor pool reigns as the property’s crown jewel, complete with a dedicated section for the kids to revel in. The main pool is 27x16 ft. in size and 4.9 ft. deep. The kids’ pool is 17x6 ft. in size and 3.7 ft. deep. Beside the pool, there is a snug deck with open-air seating arrangements, inviting gatherings of up to 5 people. HOUSE RULES & HOME TRUTHS - This is not a pet-friendly property. - This is a wheelchair-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the 45 KVA generator can support all appliances for up to 8 hours. - Mobile networks such as Jio, Vi, and Airtel work fairly well here. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the common and external areas of the property for security purposes. - Kindly be mindful of the property’s location and keep doors and windows closed to prevent bugs and insects from entering. - The stay is a part of a gated society. - The caretaker resides on the premises of the property and will be available from 9 AM to 9 PM. - Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. - Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. - We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. - Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. - Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. POLICIES - The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. - All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. - All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. - Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. - A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. - This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
