Kindly note that due to the design of the complex some of the areas may be overlooked. External Living | Private Pool (Can be Heated with extra fee) & BBQ This captivating home lays in 500m² outdoor area and is embellished with a 60m² private swimming pool (1,50 meters deep), the pool can be heated upon request & with an additional fee, also boasting in-pool Spa Whirlpool (four seater). The pool also offers a rainfall spa column (in one side) with hydromassage facilities for endless hours of relaxation. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (Charcoal BBQ, with sink & mini fridge) under sunset skies, on the shaded outdoor dinning area. The outdoor area is the perfect location for ice-cold G&Ts, taking in the scenes and watching the sun’s journey. With bespoke outdoor settings & tableware, it is an ideal holiday escape for those who seek the ultimate summery living and an unforgettable holiday experience. *A ping pong table is also available outdoors to master your skills, inspiring entertainment and togetherness. *Bonus - Family Friendly: For children’s play time, the retreat also features a shared outdoor play area (with swings, seesaw, slide & picnic table) for our younger guests. Outdoor Pool Heating Policy: - Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions. - Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature. - Additional Fees | $50/day - Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above. - Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 77 °F or in case of rain it shall not operate.
