Due to the City of Sarasota vacation rental code, this property can only be rented once during a seven (7) day period and has a maximum occupancy of 12 guests. The pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th. This home has stairs. If any member of your party has difficulty with stairs, please contact us to discuss alternative accommodations.
