Please Note: The outdoor pool will be closed from September 3rd, 2024 through March 2025. The indoor pool and beach area will still be available for guest use. The exterior balcony will not be accessible until March 10th, 2025.

Each comes with a bright decor and a living room including a sofa bed and cable TV with a DVD player. All come with a bathroom and a guest toilet. SunDestin Beach has a spa on site. Guests can also work out in the fitness center or play in the games room. A coin-operated laundry facility is available on each floor. Silver Sands Factory Stores is 4 miles from the resort, and Destin - Fort Walton Beach Airport is 30 minutes' drive away. Free parking is available at SunDestin Beach.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
