This home is part of a duplex unit and may share a dividing wall, floor, ceiling, outdoor space, or amenities with the adjoining unit. Your rental includes access to the right side of the first-floor garage spaces (2 cars), the right backyard and pool area, and the entire second floor of the three-story building. This home has stairs — if any member of your party has difficulty with stairs, please contact us to discuss alternative accommodations. The pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th. While the heater works to maintain comfortable temperatures, performance can vary during colder weather. We happily welcome up to 2 small dogs (up to 25 lbs) with a $250 fee per pet — breed guidelines apply to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone. The minimum age to rent this property is 26. A rental agreement is required to be signed after booking and prior to check-in. By booking, you acknowledge that you will be required to complete and sign the rental agreement.
