The Neighborhood
The gated community is less than one mile from Key West and all of its famous attractions. Key Heaven is a family style neighborhood, there is a local park walking distance from the unit to spend time with your family and friend. Near by you can enjoy dinner at locals favorites Hogfish grill, Roostica or Chicos Cantina. Take a trip to Hurricane Hole for happy hour and kayak tours from Lazy Dog or rent a boat for the day out of Stock Rock Café at Cow Key Marina.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,PetsAllowed:petStayCharge,• Damages to the property or additional cleaning due to excessive mess are subject to charges.
- • Pets are welcome, but please let us know if you are planning to bring your furry friend(s). Please note that we do have a couple of requirements in place to keep our properties in tip-top shape.
- 1) Pets are to be no more than 40lbs.
- 2) We will add an additional $15 per night, per pet to your tab.
- 3) We have a two pet maximum.
