Guests will enjoy private access to the left side two-car garage, the left side backyard and heated pool area, and the entire third floor of the three-story building. Portions of the property may share a dividing wall, floor, ceiling, or other exterior spaces with the neighboring unit. Please contact us if you have any questions about the property’s layout. We happily welcome up to 2 small dogs (up to 25 lbs) with a $250 fee per pet—breed guidelines apply to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone. The pool is heated between November 15th and April 15th. While we do our best to keep it warm, cooler temperatures may impact heating performance. The home has stairs; please contact us if accessibility is a concern. For added convenience, an elevator is available for guest use. The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 26 years of age. A rental agreement is required to be signed after booking and prior to check-in.
