The Adaline luxury nine-unit building sleeps up to 40 guests with 10 Queen Beds, 9 Queen Pullout Beds, and 2 Twin Beds in total. This unit can accommodate up to 5 guests. The Adaline #2 - This first-floor apartment features a fully updated kitchen, private washer & dryer, a sunlit dining nook, a Queen bedroom, and a Queen Sized Pullout couch in the living area. This unit can accommodate up to 4 guests. The Adaline #3 - This first-floor apartment features a fully updated kitchen, laundry machines, a Queen Bedroom, a Twin Bedroom, and a queen-sized pullout couch in the living area. This unit can accommodate up to 5 guests. All nine units have an open concept living space where you’ll find a comfortable Queen Sized Pullout Couch and Smart TV ready for you to entertain and each bedroom features plenty of closet space. The kitchens are complete with new stainless steel appliances, a Brita water filter, and a Keurig Coffee station stocked with a complimentary starter supply of coffee! Just outside the upgraded bathroom, you’ll find brand-new laundry machines stocked with a starter supply of laundry soap and dryer sheets. Outside, there is a fenced-in courtyard that includes a dining table, grill, and outdoor llunge seating. The space is perfect for your group to mingle and enjoy Tampa’s gorgeous weather. Enjoy free high-speed WiFi and stay in to enjoy all the Adaline has to offer when you stay with us! Guests will receive a 6-digit access code that opens the door to each unit. Guests will also receive a 4 digit access code to the building. Hyde Park is a very walkable neighborhood but there are self-service bicycles available for rent on Bayshore Boulevard. There are also electric scooters for rent in the area via any of the scooter rental apps. (Bird, Uber, Lime, etc.) If you are planning on exploring the Tampa Bay Area, there are many car rental storefronts at the airport and in the surrounding area! Tampa has a plethora of street parking, garage parking, and pay-by-app parking. - This listing is to rent the entire Adeline complex. The property will be private to you and your guests! We can also rent each apartment individually. - PETS: We are pet friendly! Our pet fee is $50/pet. - SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the unity and on the property grounds.
