Seeing this apartment is love at first sight. This is no run of mill ordinary space. There is also a large supply of buses on the main roads around the area and we recommend UBER, Gett or Via Van for taxis in minutes. The rooftop is currently out of bounds due to maintenance works, the price will be reflected accordingly. We expect the works to be completed by mid 2026. The entrance to this home is on the second floor with no elevator. And there are stairs in the house. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking. For the comfort and safety of all our guests, we do not allow any parties or gathering in our apartments. Age limit is 21 years or older to stay in any apartment (unless accompanied by parent/s) Please be respectful of neighbours and keep noise to a minimum. Quiet hours are 20pm-8am.
