It is easy to find supermarkets, Thai massage, ATMs, and currency exchange. The wonderful beach is just in few minutes’ drive, white sand and warm sea await you all year round.

The complex is located in southern Phuket, in a prestigious calm area very near to Nai Harn beach. Nai Harn beach is rated the number one best beach in the whole of Phuket on TripAdvisor. Nearby there are restaurants, shops, spa salons with excellent Thai massage, a children's amusement park, breath taking view points and sports facilities, as well as Naiharn Lake. The park area is equipped with outdoor fitness equipment and running tracks and is popular amongst residents and visitors of the island who lead an active lifestyle.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
