Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- The apartment is part of a residential community, hence hen, stag parties, or loud noises are not allowed. For safety, the entryway and outside the property are monitored by CCTV. The property promotes an eco-friendly lifestyle in line with Cardiff Council's One Planet Cardiff Vision. Free street parking is available within 3 minute walks from the property but may be limited at peak times. We provide you with a map on where to find possible available free parking in the area,
- Once booked you receive a self-check-in form, which requires you to scan your ID and credit card, pre-authorise a security deposit and sign terms and conditions. After this info is processed your access codes are released and you can access the property via a lockbox.
- The primary guest is responsible for ensuring that the accommodation is left in the condition it was in upon check-in. Primary Guest shall be liable for any damages caused by his or her own acts and omissions (including without limitation failure to timely vacate the accommodation) and also for the acts and omissions of any individuals that Primary Guest invites or otherwise allows into the accommodation.
- Online check-in and deposit pre-authorisation are required prior to arrival.
- For stays over 2 weeks, a weekly mid-stay cleaning (charged at the same price as a cleaning fee) week must be paid, this will include a full change of linen and general cleaning, this will be arranged directly with your hosts.
- Pet charges are applied on top of the booking fee.
