The Loft is in Cathedral Road in Pontcanna/Canton, which recently made the top 20 in UK Hip Hang-out Neighbourhood Index and is the epicentre of the food scene in Cardiff. The residential areas of the capital city have become known in recent years for their independent businesses, leafy surroundings, and an alternative to a meal or night out in Cardiff's High Streets. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • Don't forget to check your guest area, we have tried to offer you a nice way to explore the city! ID required to check in!
  • Make sure to inspect the unique decor spread across the loft. It tells the tale of all travels and places of the world the owners have lived before. Hats came from Finland, masks from Uganda, carpets from Brazil... Let us know which piece you liked the most.
  • The unique loft experience comes with the small price of having to duck when getting into the bed on the second duplex floor. Make sure to mind your head. It's worth it for the experience!
  • Once booked you receive a self-check-in form, which requires you to scan your ID and credit card, pre-authorise a security deposit and sign terms and conditions. After this info is processed your access codes are released and you can access the property via a lockbox.
  • Primary Guest is responsible for ensuring that the accommodation is left in the condition it was in upon check-in. Primary Guest shall be liable for any damages caused by his or her own acts and omissions (including without limitation failure to timely vacate the accommodation) and also for the acts and omissions of any individuals that Primary Guest invites or otherwise allows into the accommodation.
  • Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in
  • You'll need to let the property know in advance what time you'll arrive.
  • Pet charges applied on top of the booking fee
