Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- *House guests only, other guests on specific arrangement with the host.
- *Strict no party policy - fees and eviction can apply for security call-outs (in response to the noisy neighbour hotline).
- *No Bucks/Hens parties or 'Schoolie'/School leaver groups permitted.
- *We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made that do not comply with these conditions. Breaches of these conditions during your stay may result in loss of bond, immediate termination and loss of all payments.
- *If a complaint of excessive noise or anti-social behaviour is received, security will be dispatched to investigate and may result in a $200 call-out charge. A report will be received by the A Perfect Stay or Boutique Stays office with information as to whether a fee has been charged. This fee will be taken from the guest’s security deposit and is non-negotiable.
- *In compliance with our Terms and Conditions, a security deposit may be required for selected properties to cover potential damages. This security deposit is charged as a pre-authorisation on your credit card before check-in and will be automatically released if there are no issues during the stay. If you are required to pay a security deposit, it will be communicated at the time of booking.
