Dock Holiday is an immaculate waterfront custom build with a spectacular sunset view on .65 acres at the south end of Lake Norman. Just minutes from shopping and dining in Birkdale, you’ll enjoy an easy commute to CLT and the airport.
Custom everything! Hardwood floors can be found throughout the main level, with two staircases, 8’ solid wood doors, and a masonry fireplace. An entertainer’s kitchen is nestled between the dining room and the great room, both with soaring ceilings. Thermador appliances, a walk-in pantry, a prep island, and tons of cabinet space complete your fully equipped kitchen. An office with French doors on the main level is available for guests to use.
The main level also offers a vast owners’ suite boasting a full-size lounge with a fireplace in the sitting area, a sleeper sofa, and professionally organized closets. The owners’ bathroom features a walk-in shower, soaking tub, his-and-hers sinks, and heated floors.
Upstairs features three large bedrooms with king beds, TVs, and two bathrooms. Two of the king bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The bonus room has been converted to a bunk room with a twin-over-full bunk and TV for a private children’s escape.
The large backyard is a great place for games of cornhole and s’mores by the fire pit. Or you can chill on the stone patio while cooking meals on the propane grill. A new large dock was added in 2022 with a lift and seating area to enjoy the amazing sunsets. Conveniently located on the dock are all of the fun lake toys, which include a kayak and an assortment of life jackets.
Dock Holiday is truly a vacationer’s dream. Remember, Lake Norman has no restrictions, so it is perfect for extreme water sports like water skis and wakeboards! Your private dock is large enough to accommodate several watercrafts, so you can take advantage and keep your toys close at hand.
