This apartment is located on the ground floor of a secure residence. There is centralized air conditioning & heating with filtered air and soundproof windows for you to feel comfortable at any season and any time of the day. The entrance opens to a hallway, which leads to the working space, the kitchen, dining area, living room, and then the 3 bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, crockery, pots, and pans. The kitchen, dining and living areas are connected, are spacious, and have an exterior window. The living room has a sofa and a TV. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed, two bedside tables, a closet, and a window facing the street. In the second bedroom, you will find a double bed, a closet, two bedside tables, and a window facing the street. The third bedroom has two individual beds, a closet, and a window overlooking the outdoors. You will have the entire apartment at your disposal so you can make yourself at home. The location of the apartment is very central. Indeed, you will have the most important attractions of Málaga at your doorstep: - 2 minutes on foot from Plaza la Merced. - 10 minutes on foot from Málaga Cathedral. - About 15 minutes walk from the central beach of La Malagueta. A very wide choice of restaurants, bars, discos, and tourist activities is also available in the surroundings of the apartment. The city center of Málaga has a wide range of cultural activities to help you discover the Andalusian culture and local customs. This city is the cradle of artists like Picasso and has developed its potential to offer visitors unique experiences. The nearest bus and taxi stops are just 5 minutes away at la Plaza de la Merced. The main train and bus station is 30 minutes on foot. You can get to the airport by bus, train, or taxi, and the trip will take you 20-30 min depending on the transport you choose.
