Located a few minutes away from the beach, our new 2-bedroom apartment will be perfect if you look for a quiet place to stay away from the city center noise.
Ideal for families and digital nomads who can stay and work from the lovely balcony-terrace.
You will stay in the local neighbourhood with a variety of markets, supermarkets, restaurants, metro and bus lines. You can get to the city center by metro in 10-15 min!
The accommodation of 64 square meters is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is located on the 5th floor of a building with an elevator.
The living room has a sofa and a smart TV. The window overlooks the outdoor balcony with 2 comfortable chairs and a small table.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, toaster, coffee machine, ceramic hob, pots, pans, crockery, and a dining table for 4 people. There is also a washing machine you can use.
Both bedrooms have double beds, bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a desk with a chair. The master bedroom features a 150x195 cm bed, while the second bedroom has a 135x190 cm bed. Air conditioning and fast WiFi are also available.
