It has been designed in a Boho style, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Come and enjoy a premium experience with all the comforts. Whether you travel with a group of friends or family, you will have an unforgettable stay in the Historic Center, close to Malaga’s main attractions. You will also take advantage of a parking in the same building. Parking spot measures: 250 cm (width) x 515 cm (length) x 228cm (height) This 73m2 apartment has been designed and renovated recently. It is located on the first floor of a newly-constructed and secure building with elevator. There is centralised air conditioning & heating for you to feel comfortable at any season and any time of the day. The entrance opens to a hallway, which leads to the kitchen and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, crockery, pots, and pans. In the living room you will find the dining table, a sofa, a TV and a the armchairs. In the master bedroom, you will find a queen-size bed, two bedside tables and a huge wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds on different levels (trundle bed) and a closet. The bathroom features the shower, toilet, sink, and a bidet. You will have the entire apartment and a parking spot in a garage at your disposal so you can make yourself at home. The location of the apartment is very central. Indeed, you will have the most important attractions of Málaga at your doorstep: - 5 minutes on foot from the main street Calle Larios. - 6 minutes on foot from Málaga Cathedral. - About 15 minutes walk from the central beach La Malagueta. A very wide choice of restaurants, bars, discos, and tourist activities is also available in the surroundings of the apartment. The city center of Málaga has a wide range of cultural activities to help you discover the Andalusian culture and local customs. This city is the cradle of artists like Picasso and has developed its potential to offer visitors unique experiences. The nearest bus and taxi stops are just 9 minutes away at la Plaza de la Marina. The main train and bus station is 20 minutes on foot. You can get to the airport by bus, train, or taxi, and the trip will take you 20-30 min depending on the transport you choose. When traveling with a minor, you’ll be requested to indicate the type of family relationship.
